Eligibility:

• You have 60 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
• The item must be in the same condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return:

• Contact us at support@roadgearz.com to start the return process.
• If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the package.
• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

• Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
